They absolutely sucks, it’s all about money and pointing out what’s wrong in the car, instead of fixing.

Michael Ballout is the gentleman that you all should look for. Very patient and humble person, professional and knowledgeable of his works. Michael has offered us the best deal for a Mazda CX5, where other stores won’t give up a cent. My dad has a big thank you to Michael, and no doubt referring him to our family and friends who needs a new toy!

Very poor customer server.
Half of the time they don't answer the phone calls, if you leave a message you never get a call back. However they only happy to call you about selling additional products, extended warranty etc.
I am sorry to say that Rockdale Mazda isn't what it used be since they changed ownership and moved to Kogarah

Every place needs a John. Mazda Rockdale Service has a John. I'm feeling at break point until I spoke to you. Yesterday, I said it there and I will say it again. Thank you John for your amazing expertise and customer service towards me. Your years of service exceeded expectations and is of high standards. You turned what was a heightened stress for me into a happy duck in a pond. Lucky for me, Mazda Rockdale is my service point. Thanks again John.

After purchasing my new Mazda car I was promised a complimentary service when I reached 1,000 km. I barely have used my car and it took me just under a year to get there. I was told by the Mazda dealer who I purchased the car from to wait till my one year service was due and go then to service the car for free. I booked an appointment and was told it takes an hour and a half. I was at my appointment booked at 12pm to which I showed up at 11: 45am. An hour and a half passes and the front desk calls me while I am in the waiting area and they tell me that I will need to pay $327 after I was told it was complimentary and that the complementary service was only available 1 month after the purchase and they asked if I wanted to still go ahead with the service. I drove 30 minutes to the appointment, waited an hour and a half in the waiting area and they had not even started looking at servicing my car. They told me after they are a first in first serve car service making my booking irrelevant. I agreed to pay this ridiculous amount and wait another 2 hours. They told me the actual service is only 30 minutes and there was complementary cleaning and vacuuming will be another hour wait. I waited another hour and a half only for the mats to have sand everywhere from when I had gone to the beach. Finally I asked if they even stamped my book for the service and they forgot to stamp it. What a day! I left my house at 11: 15am and was home 4pm, I paid $327 for a service I thought was free and for my car to still be dirty. WOW just WOW! Not much more I can say only that I will not be returning for a service.

They replaced the brakes but didn't tighten the bolts. I noticed when I heard a noise whenever I went over a speedbump and had a look to find the bolts halfway undone.

I called asking for a refund for all the work listed involving the brakes including all the "safety checks" of the brakes - all that they would refund was the cost of labour for installing the brakes. I'd paid for the pink slip certifying that the car was roadworthy and the brakes weren't even properly attached to the car.

Wouldn't recommend going here for a service or any replacement of parts

We get our car serviced here and it has always been very professional service from the team at Rockdale - from when you arrive till when you leave it is always polite and professionalism! Would highly recommend coming here to get your Mazda serviced! Thanks Rockdale Team!

Service completed quicker than expected, waiting area clean and tidy. Was helped by David, who was excellent. Patient and thorough in listening to issues with my vehicle and explaining what work was carried out. Recognised that I was there unexpectedly due to an engine warning and guided me through my anxieties. Only drawback is the WiFi voucher system, which limits each device to 400MB of bandwidth per voucher. Very outdated in the age of people potentially taking meetings and calls from the dealership. Also advise those who booked online to confirm appointment over the phone as my online confirmation did not actually go through. Thankfully I was able to be accommodated.

It was the worst experience with them today. I booked a recall service for my car few weeks back and got a verbal confirmation by a service receptionist for today appointment. Then, when I brought my car in, the service advisor said that my appointment was cancelled (of course without any notifications) as they had no parts. He started to blame me of not picking up the phone even though it is their fault for not letting the customer know prior. It's alright to cancel the appointment due to parts shortage but you guy have to ensure that all customers are notified, and staff should have the right attitude if the customers have brought the car in cuz they weren't notified. I was very disappointed with their customer service.

Been dealing with Vasso in spare parts for years, very happy-go -lucky kind of chap (and yes that's his real name). What this guy doesn't know about Mazda spare parts and quick response times isn't worth knowing.

Professional and attentive service from David here today when i visited by appointment for a Horn Emblem Recall - Airbag.

Realising my time constraint, the repairs were conducted quickly by Mazda thanks to David.

Additionally, the waiting room was really comfy and pleasant to stay in as well as offering good quality free coffee.

I called to book my car in for a recall repair. The booking was made 9 days in advance. I was asked what time I'd like to bring the car in and I chose 10am. I was advised it would take 2 hours. I made arrangements to use their lounge so I could work while I waited. I rearranged client meetings so they would not need to be done in a public place - resulting in a couple of unhappy clients.

When I arrived at Mazda on the agreed date and time I was informed that the car would not be ready until 3.30pm! I informed them that I had been told it would take only a couple of hours and had rearranged my day on that basis, only to be told it was 10am.what difference does that make? Basically, the staff member's attitude said "too bad". So I had to go to the expense of getting an Uber home and back to Mazda as it was too long to be at Mazda.

If it was going to take most of the day, fine - but don't give me some different expectation. As it turns out, I didn't need to rearrange my client meetings after all, so I made my clients unhappy for nothing.

Obviously there is some problem with that Mazda service centre - but it should not become the customer's problem. I used to deal with Hornsby Mazda and my experience there has also been less than satisfactory. When I next buy a car I will be going with another brand.

I went there to get my car serviced and also to get rattling noise at back to be fixed. I dropped off my car in morning at 9 am and pickup my car at 4: 20 pm evening. The guy told me that noise is fixed and while driving back home that same noise was still there same as it was before. I tried calling service centre but it was late friday so maybe they closed and didn't answered my call and then they gave me next booking for next week to inspect vehicle. Ok, I went in there and they inspected the vehicle and told me that speakers are used excesively and are damaged so they will have to change speaker and told me that we are putting new subwoofer and front door speaker but we will not change second time even my car has still 4 years warranty remaining (it was not subwoofer making rattling noise). Again. They said we have to order parts and it will take 1-2 weeks so again they gave me booking after 3 weeks and i dropped off my car in morning and picked up at 4: 15 pm. They told me that we have changed the speaker and there is no more ratling noise at the back. I checked the car before driving off back to home and yes! The noise was still there! Not even minor difference! It was still there same as before! They said ah we will fix that next week so you have to leave car at service centre again for whole day and we will loan you a car. I was so frustraded and I again went there next week. I went there in morning and they said ah you have international license so we can't loan you car! I was getting late for job! Never going there! Such a bad customer service.

I strongly recommend Rockdale Mazda - Service team, especially for David. He is a real champion, very nice and professional! Mazda should be proud of having such a great staff like David. 100 out of 10!

A very slick operation.
Service was excellent and a great lounge upstairs with WiFi and coffee.

Before I knew it, service was done and I was on my way.

Ahmad went above and beyond to ensure Mazda covered a part under warranty, so it saved us a small fortune.

Highly recommended.

The people who work at the Rockdale Mazda service department are absolutely lovely, and I had a fantastic experience taking my car for it’s first service with Yota and Byron. The mechanics were very professional and did a thorough service. They even noticed a nail in one of my tires and repaired it for free! I hadn’t even noticed this myself, it really showed they went above and beyond. There was a couple of little parts that needed to be ordered and they arranged this seamlessly and told me to come back when they arrive - all to be covered under warranty and with a courtesy loan car. I’m very glad I decided to purchase a Mazda and was very happy with the service today.
