Bought my Kia Sorento end of October 2017, great car which I am very happy with. After sales service is non existent, I have called three times to ask a question about the 3 month check, each time someone said they would get back to me and I haven't heard anything since. There has been no follow up call to see how I am going, Am I enjoying my new car, any issues etc. Nothing. Any time I call I feel like I am interrupting them. When I spend 40k + on a car the least I expect is to be valued.
I recommend Kia Sorento as a great car, I also recommend you go to a different Kia dealership.

Kevin Chen was great to deal with in a zero pressure way allowing us to try multiple spec 2016 Kia sportages assisting us in our decision greatly.
