Joe provided a great service introducing the car to us and helping us to find a suitable model. However, we experienced multiple extensions of the ETA, (30 June, 30 August, and 30 September) and we only knew the extension until we made calls before the ETA. We were told that there was a car coming at the end of June, which made us put the deposit in May. It would be better to be notified early on. Overall, Joe is great and responsive to our queries, I will recommend my friend to buy cars from him.
