Robinson Strata Management has been managing our Strata of a block of 4 Units on the Northern Beaches since 2004.
We have a low cost Synergy Agreement where the committee does the meetings, tax returns, maintenance specifications, hiring and supervision of Contractors, while Robinson Strata manages the financial and legal aspects of our Strata.
Our arrangement has been very successful thanks to the good work of past and present Managers. Our current Manager LENA WAITE is very efficient, helpful and approachable.
We recommend this sort of agreement for a similar Body Corporate.
We are paying less for our levies now than what we paid when we bought our Unit 24 years ago.

Robinson Strata Management have managed our block of twelve units for almost 20 years and we have had great support and service from all strata managers we have had during that time. They are streets ahead of our former strata management company.

Robinson Strata Management has been our strata manager for 10 years now. As a member of the strata committee for all of that time, I have dealt with many of the staff over this period. I can honestly say that I have always found everyone, especially our Property Manager, to be extremely professional, efficient, knowledgeable, and friendly.

Whether it’s been dealing with the everyday issues related to our complex, or more difficult issues that arise from time-to-time, nothing is too much trouble.

In fact, I’d go as far as to say that our Property Manager deserves a medal for going above and beyond the call of duty on many occasions.

I would highly recommend them.

I would not recommend this strata management company. They have poor customer service skills and are not pleasant to deal with. They are slow to respond, take action or follow up on requests. I am disappointed with this service and will be opting to find another strata manager at our next AGM.

I have worked with Robinsons Strata as a contractor for a number of years. They have aways been respectful, honest and professional and those we interact with are satisfied with their service.

Robinson Strata has professionally managed our residential property for more than 25 years and have always found their services efficient and timely.

We recently had a remedial upgrade of 50 year old building which required advice and guidance from Kristina, our personal managing agent, who we found to be professional in every way and invaluable in effectively coordinating various issues as they arose.

Front of house staff have also been courteous when I've phoned or called by with an enquiry.

Robinson Strata manages our building at Northern Beaches and after moving into an apartment about 2 years ago I was able to solve many concerns and issues that came up during this time with their help.

Being a member of the strata committee helps a lot to get on top of important things and I never had any issues to get into contact by phone or email with Strata. As many people would agree, resolving issues in the multi-units building might take ages, but thanks to Beth, our Strata Manager, most of our building problems have been attended quickly and with proper attention to details so far. She is always helpful, professional and friendly.

Overall, I can recommend this company to anyone.
