Rise Above Custom Drone Solutions

I bought two DJI M210 earlier this year and on one of them I requested that they mount a MicaSense rededge camera. There were no instructions to go with the mount and setup, so during my first few flight attempts there were a number of issues (eg.error code 124 - cannot takeoff, repeated ultrasonic senor errors- land immediately, the forward looking camera doesn't transmit imagery, forward obstacle avoidance not working, aircraft kept rising even when throttle was to come down etc) and the specially installed camera mount did not provide power to the micasense rededge camera. Since then it has become apparent that DJI has rushed these drones to the market and have no flight planning software that runs on the Crystalsky and three sets (out of five) batteries were faulty after less than five flights. Still waiting on a number of issues to be sorted, so generally less than happy with the experience.

Fantastic service. Bought my Mavic through a 3rd party who sourced from Rise Above, but purchased my accessories from the store. Ladies on the front desk were very helpful and had all my accessories sorted within a few minutes. Really good service and about to go back for more accessories and possibly an upgrade in coming months.

Amazing service by Ben who is one of technician at Rise above, went there to buy a new Ronin M battery, I ask if someone can have a look at the ronin m itself, to see if there was a problem with the gimbal and they yes no problem. Ben went out his way to trouble shoot it with me.

A great place to visit for all things UAV related. Staff are very good at what they do and they know their stuff. They can answer any questions you have about all things drone related. Great product range and they offer free setup of your drone so you walk out working. Only negative is that they can take a long time to respond to emails.

My review below was for the Mavic Pro Platinum I purchased from Rise above a few weeks ago. I was so impressed with their service (both Jade and Tara) that this morning I also purchase a DJI Spark Fly More Combo.
Not only are the prices better than others, but their customer service is second to none.
