Rise Above Custom Drone Solutions

This business is useless, there is hardly anything listed on the website, I did however found one item I was interested in buying which is the DJI Osmo X5 which was listed as currently in stock but when I went to buy it a message came up and said that this item is out of stock so which is it? If a business doesn't properly list said items or doesn't have many things to sell it is therefore useless, go look elsewhere.

Rise Above are always accommodating and eager to solve our business solutions, they reply promptly and are a great source for and DRONE advice.

I work for a large Multi National mining firm in Australia and I contacted Rise Above twice enquiring about a commercial grade drone for fertiliser delivery.
I was told both times that someone would get back to me. But they never have.
I guess they are making so much money they don't need to sell a top of the line DJI product. Looks like we will be going with the competition instead.

Very disappointed in their non-existent customer service. Attempted to place a $20,000 order, and they stopped communicating with me once they had done an initial quote. I could not get a simple question regarding operating the drone answered.
Since then, they have continually spammed my email with advertising. I have unsubscribed and asked them to stop emailing me multiple times, yet the emails continue.
DO NOT USE THEM!

Personable, helpful staff. I dealt with Sharni in sales. Accurate information about the two drones I was considering. Seamless and excellent communication on the day I purchased the drone. Once I paid online, they called me say the transcation was successful and had the unit ready for me to pick up a short time later. Helpful, quick and professional.

I was struggling to find a DJI Mavic 2 Enterprise Dual drone with Smart Controller in both brick and mortar stores and online. After days of searching and being told they couldn’t get it I resorted back to DJI’s website and seen that Rise Above Custom Drones & Robotics was 1 of 4 DJI dealers in Australia and the only DJI in NSW for the DJI Enterprise range!

I looked at each dealers website and all of them were horrible except for Rise Above Custom Drones & Robotics. I found exactly what I wanted in the package I wanted and it even had the price stated where as the others you had to email. I had a few questions prior to purchasing so I sent email off late at night to contact us email address.

I was expecting a decent delay, but Kahli from Rise Above Custom Drones & Robotics was all over it. About 1 hour later I had a replying answering all my questions, providing advice and also steering me to price saving packages!

A few emails later, she had my invoice ready to go the next morning and I was extremely impressed by the service I received along with the price! I paid straight away and a day later the order was processed and shipped with a tracking number.

I thought it would have taken a decent amount of time to arrive since i was 6 hours away from the store and that I purchased the drone on a Thursday evening going into a public holiday weekend. Bam! Next thing I know it’s at my front door on a Tuesday morning!

It was all packaged extremely well with lots of protection for the drone and extra equipment. Opened it all up and it was better than Christmas!

To be very honestly, the service at Rise Above Custom Drones and Robotics is exceptional and you would be stupid to buy anywhere else!

Kahli did a great job. She quickly sourced a top cover for a Parrot Sunshine Sensor. I initially thought that I would have to purchase the whole sensor unit but Kahli's solution solved our problem at a fraction of the price. The total transaction was completed quickly and efficiently. Rise Above Custom Drone Solutions will be our first stop in the future.

The staff at Rise Above are fantastic. From sourcing through their extensive database, I was able to get everything I needed in one shop.
I have a few more things I need to complete the kit i require for the drone's use, without a doubt, I will be walking through the doors at Rise Above.
Their online shopping is easy enough, but to talk to someone face to face with product knowledge l, it takes all the guessing and research out of purchasing the right thing. You get it right the first time.
