Worst Real state agent. We lived in 4/45 South Parade, Campsie, 2194 for a year. The place was not brand new when we moved in but had to pay a lot after the bond unreasonably to renovate and clean as per them. Awful experience from the customer point of view.

I lived in the Studios for over 3 months, the place has a very good vibe and makes you feel home. The furnished studios are very cozy, with excellent interior design.

Just finished up my lease through R&W Pyrmont/Glebe and am very pleased with the service received by Sarah and her team. Sarah was reliable in communication and quick to respond. Sarah was honest with her handover assessment of the property resulting in the bond being returned in full without any hassle which was a nice gesture. Hopefully I will get a chance to deal with R&W Pyrmont/Glebe again in the future.

I was very impressed with the professionalism and response time from this agency. Leo and Pamela were very efficient with processing my application. Leo was friendly and coopertive during the inspection and made sure my application was solid enough to get approved by the landlord.

Having lived in cities around Australia and the United States, finding a good agent is a tough gig, and having needing a fully furnished apartment in Sydney is not easy at the best of times times. Given I was on the Gold Coast and needing a place in Sydney 'sight unseen' I had to put my trust in the hands of Richardson and Wrench Pyrmont. Nick and his team were amazing, not only did they find the most amazing apartment for me, they kept to the brief I provided and have been sensational even after I moved in. Pamela, is a delight to work with when it comes to post move in needs, and no issues are too much for her. Overall, they take pride in the property they manage, whilst also maintaining our privacy and security. I am so glad they manage the whole building as I know they will do their best to ensure we have great occupants at the amazing property.

Really great experience with R&W in particular our realtor Leila who helped us make the move from Western Australia into our new apartment with ease. Leila was extremely responsive to all emails and texts and assisted us with a FaceTime viewing as we couldn’t be there in person. Highly recommend her services as a prompt and professional agent. If your property manager is a Pamela, you are such a lucky tenant. She is best property manager I have ever met. She treats your concerns from property with her fully effort and her enthusiasm. Specially, she treats well if you have struggle with smoke drift issues from neighbor.

I'm a tenant & Pamela is our manager/agent. 19 years of renting across 3 states & she's the best agent we've ever had by far. Nothing like the stereotypical rental manager - she's fair, compassionate, really quick with anything we ask of her, & way more helpful than I'd ever expect an agent to be. We are moving & have to have a new agent, but wish so much we could take her with us.

PROPERTY MANAGEMENT TEAM

I have never dealt with a team of agents so incompetent, rude and immature. If you're looking to lease through these guys, I would say, save the hassle and find another place.

I'm currently renting from R&W and my experience has been nothing short of awesome. They were prompt in their response to me and their choice in labour hire was fantastic. A+ people to deal with, if I ever look to purchase or sell I'll be going straight to them!
