I just wanted to drop you a quick email in regards to Sarah.

I don’t usually do testimonies for people but Sarahs service as my Property Manger just can’t go by with no mention.

I have had my property in Newtown for about 18 years and have had probably about 10 different Property Managers - and to be honest they have all, I mean all, been hopeless.

Sarah is such a breathe of fresh air, I feel so confident and safe with her looking after my property. She is professional, has strong communication skills, efficient, organised and has a great depth of knowledge about property and the market.

She has come up with different solutions to try to help solve some of my property problems, solutions that I didn’t think of- She thinks outside the box, making more work for herself in doing this but not minding because she wants the best outcome for me.

On a personal level she has held my hand through out all my property issues over the last year, she is warm, empathetic, caring, authentic and genuine. I feel she really cares about me as a person not just as a landlord on her to do list.

Special shout out to our property manager Sarah Stergiotis! She is very professional, very helpful and easy to talk to. Responds to queries very quickly no matter how big or small my queries are. Even on our last two days in the property, Sarah's level of support never dropped an inch. It was a shame that we need to leave the rented property as the landlord is selling it. I wish all property managers are like Sarah! Nonetheless, R&W agents are really good but I think the best are in Pyrmont/Glebe!

The promotion of our property and liaison with potential buyers was perfect, as were all negotiations with the tenants, who were resident up until settlement day. We couldn’t have asked for a better team to help navigate us through this fairly long and somewhat complicated process, especially considering we were based interstate for the entire duration.

Horrible experience returning the unit with R&W Pyrmont/Glebe! Please avoid this agency if you want a smoother moving experience! They have a very high standard and will ask you to repair, redo, reclean, repaint, reinstall a whole list of things. After you're finished, they will take you to a tribunal. What a terrible stressful time during a state wide lockdown: (I've just never had this experience with any agency in my life.

It has been a pleasure staying at the Studios and a huge shout out to Pamela and the team for making my stay so enjoyable and very responsive agents. Really down to earth people and would definitely deal with them again.

The property needed some complex work done to it. R&W sourced competitive quality tradesmen who overall did a great job. The installation of the aircon was complex as it was an older style unit and Pamela provided excellent customer service in ensuring that the work was completed promptly and to a high standard. Actions speak louder than words and R&W's actions warrant this rating.
