Hi, I am very happy with the service I have received renting my property out with Rich and Oliva. Giancarlo and Riccardo were very professional and the advise I was given to get my property ready for renting was very helpful. The tennants they found for my property are great and I am more than happy with the outcome. I would definitely recommend Rich and Oliva to my family and friends.

Had the misfortune of dealing with Steve Beacom. Argumentative and unprofessional. I was very close to renting from them. I have two investment properties and I'll be sure that Rich & Oliva never gets near them.

-Edit- in response to Steve's below accusations (of rude inappropriate comment, lying and denying). I never even meant it to be rude or inappropriate. I simply stated it was 3 days after Steve advised that he showed the property every two days. He reacted as though I had insulted his mother. He asked me to repeat what I said as though it was an insult and I was confused. He said I was 'being smart' or I had a 'smart mouth' (can't remember which). I thought, why is he so angry? Is this really happening right now? I was in a rush to get the application in before others that were seeing it that very day. I couldn't see it because I had to be somewhere important for a family member. I agreed to end the call because was shocked how he just spoke to me.

I just sold my apartment in Croydon Park and I couldn’t be happier with the service and the price received, I purchased the apartment From Marco at Rich & Oliva back in 2015 after he sold our property in Belfield for us. He managed an out of hours private inspection for me- on Saturday and a second one for my partner - on Sunday! Always on time, well presented, polite, considerate, gives lots of time and space to look at property, listens to questions carefully and paitently and gives answers with knowledge and courtesy.

Thank you to Marco and his team at Rich and Oliva! Selling the house of aged parents is very stressful and Marco made the process stress free. He gave us good advice and organised cleaning for us to get a house with 80 years worth of stuff in it ready for sale and we sold it for a good price-exactly the price he had predicted. Nice to work with an agent who knows the market and doesn’t overinflate the possible sale price just to get your business. Highly recommend!

As tenants we were fast approaching our end of lease with another agency, and it's always a risk in trying to secure another property in a timely manner. Once we found a property we liked, Steve from Rich and Olivia was incredibly responsive and prompt in organising an inspection and our application to be processed asap.
