We just bought a house and asked them for a quote, the house had existing termite barrier, and the guy came up said needs to drill all the holes in the foundation and put the new chemical in, it was going to cost us over $3000, with 8 years conditional warrenty. And we have to pay another $300each year for inspection to get the warranty.
Another company came to check the barrier and turned out if you leave the barrier alone, it will last another 35 years, with no worries.
