I was trapped by them to lose my warranty cover as their warranty service team Keely called me three months ago before due date and we were discussing and agreed I would get her call back close to the due date again, as that was too early to confirm the date.

But I never get another email/call back which made me lose my warranty and when I am arguing with their management team, they just said its the owner responsibility to keep the date in mind. I understand what he said but this sounds like they really don't care about you as a customer.

If you got a new car and the dealership would definitely call you back with in a month/two weeks before to remind you of doing annual service or either sending you a message.

They really got a 'great' customer follow up strategy.

Hardik Vyas is doing service at this store for more than 2 years and we never had any issues with his service. He is always on top of Rentokil brand providing honest service all the time.
