Best place to shop for cheap renoo products especially kitchen products & bathrooms. Much cheaper than Harvey Norman even during their sales. Wouldn't shop anywhere else. I saved about $800.00.

A few problems with the Kitchen (not bought a auction, made to order) the quote seemed competitive but several things were different or missing on delivery but as we weren't given a specific list, Type of finish etc there was difficulty in obtaining everything, Also Their recommended installer, verbally quoted a low installation cost, then sent a written quote much higher just before delivery, when it was too late to get anyone else as that would have caused considerable delays. Suggest you get a fully itemised quoted specifying every detail and also get a written and fully itemised installation quote from the recommended installer if you want to avoid surprises later on, might be ok then, certainly the quality of cupboards etc was fine and delivery time after ordering fine also

Some good bargains to be had. As it's clearance stock make sure to inspect throughly. Tiles can be particularly good value

I bought a chrome round shower head with sliding bar arm.
At the time of purchase the lady serving me, sternly told me that this item has no warranty.
New items should have warranty, but I thought that it shouldnt have any issues, so I still bought the item.
A couple months later the shower head is leaking at the sides.
No way of fixing it.
We are all dissapointed.
I would have been better off buying a shower head at a $1 dollar store.

Stop priding yourselves and start providing warranty! Simple.
