Renovator Auctions

We tried to purchase appliances from this website for items passed in at auctions with no one bidder on it. Vendor is asking for stupid prices which buyer may better off purchase brand new from Harvey Norman. When I make an offer on an item no one bidder in the auction, staff became impatient and hang up the phone. Auction house should provide a fair trade environment and buyer should be able to make offers at whatever level as long as it is higher than other bidders.

Best place ever for looking for great Reno stuff. New and great prices, friendly staff too, wish we had one in qld.

It's ok but.pricing starts high on some items and so they either don't sell or don't sell the entire lot. If you miss out on something one week it will still be there the next week so you can try again if you aren't in a hurry for something or just don't want to pay a higher price. It's an ok auction site, not the best I've been to but certainly not the worst. Ok for some stuff but not for others.

Their price more expensive than Bunnings.
When item sold they don’t tell you the correct price sold, they tell you a price sold very cheap so they attract you to come next time for auction….
Please before you buy check the prices online and see before you buy from them…….

Home renovations on a shoestring budget are possible!
Some things are factory 2nds, some on consignment and possibly not brand spanking perfect. But you will find great deals if you are not looking for top quality, high-end everything. Sometimes there is a gem. But you have to be in it to bid for it Costs nothing to register for bidding.

Great prices on home hardware, you can purchase goods pre auction. I purchased a tap for $184, other places were charging $800 for a similar tap. Very helpful staff.

We've picked up some great bargains of quality items for a reno over the last few weeks on both the Saturday and Wednesday auctions. Absentee bids worked well when we couldn't get there. Incredibly friendly team who go out of their way to help - particularly with problem solving and helping load items in vehicles. Highly recommend and will definitely be back!

I just rang and spoke to a lady - Corinne who was so rude to me over the phone when I asked her about the paint. Because I am new on this website at least welcome me so that I can always come to the auctions. The way I was treated was not nice and I won't be going anymore. I would rather be a customer with someone who will treat me with respect.

Not really an auction, proper auctions let the buyers start bidding and work up. Buyers not allowed to bid other than accept auctioneers pricing which always seems to start very high and most items are seconds so I cannot really see how this is value for money by attending auction. You can get better prices from seconds outlets without the stress of dealing with an auction house.

Always a great place to grab a bargain. Top quality product's. Staff are amazing, polite and knowledgeable.nothing is too hard and will try their utmost to meet any request.

Great products. Staff know what they selling. Management are very helpful with inquiries. This Men's Shed was able to obtain the building material that was needed for the project.
When the delivery truck arrived staff had the product out and ready for loading. That reduced the time required for the turn around and the driver told us that it was a great help with his schedule for the day.
