I have ordered many warning light products from Redfleet and have been impressed every time. The first product was purchased four years ago which was a scout mini amber lightbar, it is still working flawlessly and remains my primary warning light. I have also ordered several Heavy Duty series perimeter lights which are insanely bright, with me needing to wire in the dimming switch for night as not to blind people. I also have a magnetic SPARK beacon which I use to put on various vehicles mainly the tractor, which works every time and offers plenty of brightness and visibility. Would (and have) recommended these products and Redfleets service to anyone needing warning light solutions.

I have the spark series beacon and traffic six series dash lights and I'm pretty impressed with the quality of there products Ive used a fair bit of stuff from this company we use it on tow trucks and breakdown / incident response vehicle. Would 100% recommend this place to anyone for there needs

Cannot recommend this company enough! The highest quality LED warning lights I've used. The price is well worth it, especially when you compare it to some of the other retailers out there. I've used the Heavy-Duty, Cutter, Micro-Thin, Spark Beacon and Traffic 6 dash light series and they are all extremely bright and solid quality. The best decision I ever made to my setup was to change to all REDFLEET products.

So I have placed several orders with Redfleet over the past couple of months. Originally I emailed the sales team via there website for fit out recommendations and a quote. I did not receive any email back at all. As I am aware of there reputation of there product I decided I would order the lights myself and get fitted myself. Order processing was quick and easy. I already have products fitted already and they are a 10/10 cannot fault. When it comes to customer service it lacks and unfortunely this is a crucial part of any business no matter what industry. There were issues with postage address details and then different details on invoice. So there were errors on the delivery contacts, including names being spelt incorrectly and then receiving an invoice with another different first name. Different address as specified by the order. After not receiving an email from sales email address. I decided to email the national sales manager (Eugene) to pass on the details. I received quite a disgusting email response with no apology and practically saying it's not his job to fix this and that he looks after the big contracts and that email him was disgusting as It's wasting his time practically and that he doesn't respond to small individuals which may be correct but customer service is critical. When repsonding I outlined the email was rude and his response was he comes across rude as he doesn't deal with individuals. I'm still waiting for the correct invoice to be sent to myself and I will need it by end of financial year for tax purposes. It's safe to say that I will be looking for other businesses for the 10 vehicles in my business as quite simple, customer service is vital no matter how much there spending or big or small the business there dealing with. I would highly recommend to work on there customer service as it lacks with the high end product there selling.

I have purchased all my lights from here for my water trucks. I do like there perimeter led lights to realy stand out on the road. 3 years so far and no probs and there proper lights no cheap ebay specials here.great to deal with to
