No after sales support. Product sold doesn't do as advertised.

Reply: Ben has all the info you are asking for, already been through this dance and last time I spoke to Ben after he stopped replying to emails he told me he was no longer in support and was passing my case on.

Not new gme product battery is old and not working correctly on gme tx 6600s meant to be new was not they won't help do NOT BUY ANY RADIOS THERE SCAMing they are a rip off eastern states scam do not use or buy anything lodged complaints with all relevant parties even MasterCard these eastern states companies are scammers thief's. Every product is junked that's why they all druggies over there. Scammers never win your done for 400 you destroyed your business clap clap we all know your scammers.

If I could rate zero stars I would. Went to the Silverwater store for a Redarc Tow Pro brake controller, harness and install. Went out with non functional trailer lights and NO TRAILER BRAKES. Was also left with a disconnected cable for my main car headlights as a result of their attempted install of the Redarc in the dash. Terrible appalling service. They don't test anything and put customers at risk. Safety = Nothing to them. Will be escalating the matter to the consumer affairs and bank. Wasted a great deal of time with them. Promised a call back in regards to a refund of installation fee. Never called back. Read the negative reviews below. They don't lie.

Redfleet's service is fantastic, Tom looked after us from start to finish, his professional approach and commitment to our needs was sensational, he educated us on the product and guaranteed any assistance would be given if needed, he then personally delivered the product and went through the details with us. Fantastic Customer Service and products.

The team at Redfleet continues deliver an experience and customer service which is second to none. The team, have completed multiple installs on my car ranging from coms to lighting and I can hand on heart say they’re the only ones in the industry that I would have touch my car. The thought and collaboration in the planning an installation process is why they are time on time again chosen by not only private industry but also public sector. My recommendation is Redfleet.

Speak to them, about your needs and I can guarantee they’d meet and exceed them.

Excellent experience with these guys. Australia Post lost my delivery of GME radio. As soon as I contacted these guys they sent out a new one and I had it within two days. Australia Post = no good, Redfleet = good!

Best price on GME UHFs that I have found. The pre-order was estimated to be 45 days, which was accurate and I received the items without any issues. I queried my order at one point and received a reply. I would use this business again.

They only partially delivered an order, I had to go through Paypal's refund process after asking and being told for weeks that all was shipped. They eventually shipped the second half of my order. There was no communication or apology from the company.

Update. Amazing some communication at last! You still told me that it was shipped before it was and didn’t explain this after multiple requests from my side. Once again, terrible communications, especially doing this in a public forum.

Quote from the only reply I received from them:

"I have had another look in our despatch area and couldn’t find your order.

We are very sorry about the delay in the shipping for your order. We will raise a case with AusPost on our end for you.

Thank you for your patience. "

I've never been more disappointed in an online shopping experience in my entire life.

I ordered an item, they cancelled the delivery and then they didn't refund me till they got it back. They held my money for 2 weeks because they don't know how the law works.

The website misleads it's customers by stating that to be covered by insurance you MUST pay extra when browsing and checking out. Contrary to a) stating that you are "automatically" covered by insurance in the website postage information section and b) the australian consumer law that says all online retail stores are legally and financially responsible for the item until it reaches the buyer.

Further to this; the seller called and said that they were cancelling my purchase because I didn't pay extra for insurance, after I informed them that they were intentionally misleading customers in my details during purchase.by this time my purchase had already been sent. Red fleet called and said they'd cancel the australia post delivery and have it returned. I agreed and asked for the refund to be made back to my account. It made it to my suburb one state away before it was turned around and headed back, and the seller refused to refund my item in that time. Red fleet safety received the item 2 weeks after it was sent to me, and THEN they processed my refund. It is again ILLEGAL to withold funds from a buyer after cancelling their order on them.

This poor excuse for a "business" will be over in no time if this is how they choose to operate, and I'll never buy anything from them again.

Redfleet safety also owe me interest on the monies they witheld without my consent, which will continue to accrue until it's paid in full. Legal action is the next step.

This was my first experience with REDFLEET and they didn't let me down. From selecting my Cel-fi go to shipping and receiving it was a seamless process. From purchase to delivery was one week and that was to WA, not to mention the transport issues with covid.
I will definitely be using REDFLEET again for future purchases.

Purchased many products for my own vehicles as well as workmates and friends from RedFleet, after the first time going there for my own car, I WILL NOT go anywhere else again.

This place is the one stop shop for safety lights.:)
Will Defiantly be going back in the near future.
