Redfern Park reviews
51Nice Park to walk the dog lots of dogs, has free BBQ facilities and playground equipment this park is adjacent to Redfern oval and across the road from south Sydney Nrl leagues club and across the road from a variety of cafes, bars galleries and more
Great for kids, & off-lead dogs. With an old awesome fountain in the middle of the park & other modern water features. There's bubblers to fill ya drink bottles. Also along the field side of the park it has a fence that opens to watch the bunny's do they stuff.
I would like to retire there one day. We share the playground with people from all over the world there. It is close to shops and it has restrooms and other facilities. It has room for everyone.
Gorgeous park. My second review. Everytime still family oriented as the photos show. You'll see just how close the CBD of Redfern is. Gorgeous guys. Their was a mum here breastfeeding which shows Redfern is not as disgusting or bad as people say and think. Redfern is family oriented and has something for everyone! CYa soon at the park ️
I miss Redfern.
I had to leave it for another suburb far away. It is a unique suburb. Full of life and character that no other suburb has. It has had a profound affect on me and I may never get that back. I will visit Redfern once again. But it will never be the same for me. Farewell old friend.
I love Redfern park it's close to public transport and it's also a great place to have a picnic etc
I love this place. Always immaculate gardens, water fountain and toilets. Can you ask for more ️
Great arvo at the footy in the sun. Ground is well kept & punters thoroughly enjoying themselves, good stuff Redfern.
Very nice inner city park.
Attended the U12s local rugby league Grand Final.
Great facilities, and easy pram access.
Highly recommended for those wanting to see what a great local sporting field looks like.
Redfern Park it's a beautiful place to go on a sunny day and well that's in the park. It has a boab tree which is an Australian native tree that stores water in it's trunk. For hardened arid times in the desert.
A great park with something for all. Skate Park, Bike/Walking Tracks, Water features, Open areas, enclosed children's playground & plenty more. & if you're lucky, you can watch the Rabbitohs NRL team training sessions during footy season ️️ Glory Glory to South Sydney
More than just a shortcut / a well-groomed pet friendly, tai-che, walking, meeting, eating, greeting park.where you may also see a possum mesmerised by the fountain.
Amazing place for all went to watch the rabbitohs train and got heaps of signatures for my son highy recommend
Redfern Park is a favourite with local's, this Park is dog friendly please keep your dog on the lead! Lots of open space to relax, excise, picnic table and seating, great for kid's, water sculpture and play, playground equipment, beautiful Art Deco French style fountain, highly recommend, and Souths footie team next door
This is very relaxing park. When you can't go much place. Just through the pack goto Woolworth make your day. In two years Daily still makes life good.
This place is pretty good, basketball court and skate park. But, the basketball court is double rim and there is a offensive graffiti on the back of a ramp in the skate park. Lastly, there are homeless and drunk people everywhere.
The Park is beautifull but the playground for children is very dirty and should be better looked after. That's why 4 out of 5 stars.
Redfern Park is an oasis amongst the hectic life of the City. Beautiful setting, Palm trees, open grass field for children to play with families and a nice water fountain, which gives off the sound of running water.
Redfern itself is now expanding, retail shops, coffee shops and more which is great to see.
The park also has a Coffee shop near the Football Stadium. Also there are barbecues for family lunch. So in all, it's a nice place to visit and have an enjoyable time.
A local who has watched it grow with the times. 5 stars from me. ️
Love this park always kept well the gardens and the fountain is just beautiful to sit near on the grass or benches
