Spoke with Carlie Director from Recruit and Consult, I found that her priorities were not in the clients interests, has a very arrogant personality and dismissive attitude towards candidates responses. The overall conversation was irrelevant based on the information she had prior to making the phone call, felt like the call was unnecessary. Regards to providing information on the Employer, she refused to even provide location, made excuses to having reasons not to give information about the employer.caught lying in mid conversation when quizzed about the job role and duties sought by the employer and stated the role is not suited, based on no actual evidence.

I had the pleasure of liaising with Allara who assisted me greatly in every step of the job interview process. I found Allara to be helpful and supportive regarding which roles she felt I suited most in regards to my career prospects. I would definitely recommend their services as my experience was smooth and stress free which lead me in successfully gaining employment even in such uncertain times.
