Carliee is my first point of call whenever I look for a new job, I find her to be one of the best recruiters I’ve ever met. She always has such compassion and care when working with me, I find carliee really listens to what I’m looking for in my next career move and works really hard to put me in front of the people who can offer the positions. I believe carliee really cares about all of her clients and uses her expertise to guide her candidates through the employment market but without being pushy and always exercises care and skill when negotiating on my behalf. She has such a good understanding of the industry and people that when she is able to put me forward for a position she understands all the components and her clients wish lists in a candidate. Aside from having one of the best people and communication skills in the business, the way she educates and works with candidates is second to none. She is always prompt in returning messages and calls, at all times of the day. She is able to give me a brief, although in-depth understanding of what the role I will be interviewing is for and she sends calendar invites and email reminders to ensure that I cannot possibly forget the potential interview that I am going for. Carliee sends guides, tips and tricks to my email ahead of my interview to make sure that I’m thinking about my questions understanding what the appropriate dress attire is, and everything in between; so that when I do sit with an employer I’m confident that I’m putting my best foot forward, and Carlie is always delicate with giving feedback, but not in a way that prohibits me from understanding where my own weaknesses are.the way in which she can communicate the feedback given by potential employers is absolutely crucial to me, and This is where I think Carlie is really set apart from other recruiters, she takes such time with each client doing pre-interview prep and making sure that everyone is on the same page going into the negotiation.
