I rented through RayWhite Turramurra for just over four years, and my experience working with Emma as my key contact / agent was terrific. Emma was responsive and always ready to assist. As a tenant, it was reassuring to know that any issues or concerns would be resolved quickly and in a caring manner. My landlord was wonderful, but the strata at the property were challenging to deal with, and Emma was a reasonable, understanding, and effective advocate for both the landlord and me as the tenant. I would not hesitate to recommend RayWhite and in particular Emma to any landlords or tenants looking for a property manager or agent.

Ray White manages two properties for my wife and I and have done so for the last 3 years. During this time, Aaron Raj, initially and now, Emma Davis, are responsible for dealing with the various requests / demands from one tenant in particular. Apart from (Aaron and Emma) having to put up with rudeness and some patently unreasonable demands, Emma has always conducted herself in a professional manner. She effectively liaises with the tenants and us in an efficient and timely manner. When either we or the tenant have specific requests, Emma can be relied upon to arrange for the relevant tradesperson to be contacted and any repairs that need to occur are done so without fuss and cost-effectively. I should indicate that our experience with the tradespeople used by Ray White at Turramurra have been consistent (and excellent), and when these can't be sourced, an effort is made to secure the right people for the job.

Emma Davis made our rental super easy and straightforward and we loved it when she said we could keep our pony in the yard! Thanks for the good memories, Emma.

I had the pleasure of dealing with Emma Davis when I moved interstate to Sydney during a stressful period of lockdowns and border restrictions. Thanks to Emma’s experience and proactiveness my move in to my new home was seamless, what a relief!
Then came the weeks of rain, and when water started coming through the living room ceiling one night, I wasn’t too concerned but I thought I would email Emma a couple of photos and suggest we have someone look at it whenever the rain abates. Well, the ‘make safe’ team were in the next morning and within days the cracked tile was replaced and the damaged section of ceiling replaced and painted! You don’t get service like that where I come from!
More recently a water ‘billing’ issue was rectified swiftly with no fuss whatsoever.
