Premium service with a premium outcome
We were delighted with our experience with Matt and his team. They put in thoughts to best present our apartment, from interior suggestions to sun path to find the best opening time, feedback after every enquiry and the whole sale process. It is a premium service with a premium outcome that you probably don't get from other agents.

Transparent, Personable and Efficient
Thomas and Logan were the selling agents for a property we recently purchased. From the beginning, they were efficient in their communication and transparent throughout the whole purchase process. I'd highly recommend Thomas and Logan as agents and would be happy to engage them in the future to represent us as our sales agents. They handled both the buy and sell side with great professionalism and transparency.

Avoid this agency if possible, especially Emma Davies! Unreasonable, indifferent and narrow minded. She doesn't care about tenants at all and is very difficult to deal with. I left the house in much much better condition than when I started the lease and she made a big deal about some leaves in the pool. Mean and unkind at a very stressful time!

My husband and I purchased a unit in st Ives not long ago. Unfortunately we had bad experience with ray white. Agent Domenic Maxwell misinformed about the 3 exhaust fan in 2 bathrooms and laundry. When confronted Domenic Maxwell he recommended to speak to the lawyer. We are out of pocket to fix the fan and labour cost. I feel ray white is not professional and no ethics. Agent will misinformed customers to get sales and do not take responsible. Highly not recommended this real estate or the agents.

Lisa Davis goes above and beyond. I have recently purchased a property from her and she has been there to help with every request.

And more so I hear she has personally helped out the seller moving as she is elderly.

I have always been very cautious with real estate agents, because for the nature of the business. I saw her kindness as surreal at first but today learnt it truth. After dealing with Lisa, and seeing how she helps not just the purchaser and seller (but more so puts her self out to help those in need, the elderly lady selling, by having her husband helping her move). I can see she has a heart of gold.

Highly recommended Lisa. She is a genuine person and will do what it takes. I wish her all the best, thank you Lisa.
