Anna represented the vendors on the property we purchased. We were immediately impressed with her professionalism and her ability to get things moving in an extremely short time frame in order to meet the tight time constraints we had. As soon as an issue was raised, Anna would be on the phone to whoever needed to be spoken to to sort it out. Things can move quickly when you are dealing with someone who knows what they are doing. Anna was friendly and helpful throughout, and while she protected her client's interests, we found her easy to deal with and felt we were being treated openly and honestly. We enjoyed dealing with Anna and her team.

Absolutely Brilliant

Anna made the whole process so easy. She was professional, open and responded to emails quickly. I had almost given up on buying a house as more often than not I was not given a clear indication of what was expected. But with Anna she was just so open and clear which made me comfortable with trusting her to help me purchase the property I wanted.

Due to the language barrier (English is my second language), I can not talk with Dom very well. Still, I no worry about that as he always gives me an excellent explanation, and if I want to connect with him, no barrier as well. I remember that Dom comes to my home on a rainy morning to confirm something in detail as I am not good at listening on the phone. I remember that he messaged me very early as there was an inspection appointment beyond the standard inspection day. I assume he works 24/7? As I almost can connect with him at any time except I need sleep. I mean that he worked very hard and diligent. He is a top sales, he is a gentleman. He has the perfect sense in marketing, in communicating, in supporting his colleague as well (I mean they are a good team. I want to thank you Georgia Low as well, very kindness lady). We hit the jackpot when we decided to ask Anna Cavill from Ray White Wahroonga to sell our family home. Anna made the whole process of preparing the house for sale and then selling it seamless. I found Alfred bossy and inflexible to work with. I wanted to pull off at one stage given the incorporation, inflexibility and the high price but since I offered the 66W I had to go through with it. A better property than mine with 2 bedroom and 2 bathroom built a year after mine and closer to the train station than mine went for the same price as my property. In the further if I want to buy another property and see him as the agent, I’ll literally run.

Anna and Susan were simply brilliant. They helped us at every step of the way. Even the smallest details regarding the preparation for inspections and preparing the marketing campaign were made easy. They had to sell in a very difficult market with the Covid 19 restrictions. Despite that their marketing got a fantastic response and an outstanding price in all of the circumstances in just 5 days! My wife and I have bought and sold other properties and had never had any positive experiences with agents. This time we have nothing but respect and gratitude in what was a very positive experience. I would never use another agent again. I cant recommend Anna and Susan highly enough.

Excellent Execution
David was a pleasure to deal with! He is an energetic man with a few words who went extra miles to assist us pre and post purchase. We didn’t have to chase David up for anything. He was on top of things the whole time which made the process hassle free. We would highly recommend David without any hesitation.

We approached Anna in June of this year, just for some advice on the value of our home and the state of the property market, as we were about to embark on an expensive and disruptive renovation to our home. Anna was eager to meet us, easy to talk to, friendly and quickly understood what we needed. She gave us a good estimate of the value of our home on the spot, we dabbled with the idea of selling, but decided renovating was the way to go.

Anna never forgot about us and our deliberations, and 6 weeks later she rang up out of the blue and said "I have a couple who would love your home, shall we bring them through for a look? " We agreed to entertain the idea. To cut a long story short, Anna moved fast and 8 days later our house was sold, off market, for a fantastic price. We then found a great home to buy within a week.

Although we will be a bit sad to leave our home and the architect plans we had come to love, we will instead be in a bigger, better home by the end of the year - no building, no moving out for a year, no council approvals, and for the same changeover price. We couldn't be happier with the outcome and really it was all Anna's doing. Her knowledge of the local market and buyers as well as her motivation to make the sale happen quickly and to everyone's satisfaction, has put a massive smile on our faces and we would have no hesitation in recommending Anna to anyone looking to buy or sell in Wahroonga.
