DO NOT EVER DEAL WITH THIS AGENCY! I have had the most terrible experience dealing with these people. They are unethical, dishonest and incompetent. They have a terrible reputation on the north shore for a reason. The listing agents Michael Dempsey and David Walker were terrible. David Walker never even attended the property he was listing! Never even walked into the house. I guess this is why they did such a terrible job selling our property. They ended up selling my house half a million less than they told me and then went on to lie about it. They will tell you anything to get a listing Please avoid dealing with these people with such an important decision- use any other agency to list with except these people. They are under investigation with Fair Trading
