I can honestly say that Cheree Webster and the team at Ray White Toronto are some of the best in the industry. You can rest assured that they will do whatever is necessary to maintain your property at the level you expect and that the tenants are treated with respect but also held to a high level of accountability. The communication and transparency is second to none. I would recommend Cheree to any Landlord looking to put their trust in a professional property manager to look after their home.

We found the people at Ray White Toronto very professional. When we dropped into their office for a query they always found someone to answer our question quickly and expertly. Then when we found a couple of homes in Wangi of which we liked the look, Nathan Wood arranged an inspection within our short time frame as were visiting the area only briefly from south of Sydney. Nathan was also very helpful in our follow-up of one of these homes for both a building inspection and a second inspection by us. Because the Christmas-New Year break intervened there were difficulties in arranging exchange of contracts on this home but Nathan showed great understanding and patience during this stressful period.
