The most unprofessional realestate were dealt with
Upon ending our lease, Rebecca tired to claim damages for items sent through for repair, used photos from Google to try and bully us out of our bond, after contacting fairtrade, we claimed our bond, Rebecca waited till 11.48pm the night before our bond was to be payed and put in a tribunal application to claim our whole bond and then withdrew it 1.5 hours before our hearing
Our outgoing report was full of mistakes and very unprofessional and Rebecca's bullying attitude was extremely unprofessional, if you ever have to deal with this realestate keep all your information and claim your bond, we have to folders with information

Cheree and Joel have been nothing but exceptional. They're always diligent and helpful whenever we may need assistance with our home or any general queries and updates. Couldn't recommend more!

Where do I start…. I can’t begin to tell you how much I admire and respect Sarah and Paul. Sarah is a warm, open and honest person. She is a credit to the Ray White team. Paul is honest, helpful and considerate. This has been the least stressful experience I have ever had with selling a property.

Had a pleasant rental history until Samantha Richards took over the property I rented, talk about lamd lord from hell, she would drive past the premises hand deliver tall grass warning letters. Even a letter about rubbish whicj out for council pick up. Constantly harassed in your own home. Found out my dad had dated her and ghosted her a few years previous. Talk about not bringing your problems to work.

Incredible team at Ray White Toronto. They are professional, helpful, fast and I always look forward to dealing with them. As a landlord you cannot go past giving your investment to them. I'd like to convey how impressed / overwhelmed I was with Kristy McCabe and the Ray White team at Toronto. "Above and beyond" only partially covers the effort and respect that was shown to me during the sale of my property in Warners Bay.
When putting my home on the market I approached several real estates around the Warners Bay area, to my surprise there was a varying amount of numbers thrown at me, but the biggest factor for choosing Ray White was the "Respect" yep said it again, the respect and attitude shown by Kristy was what won me over.
Kristy sold my property within 9 days, she sold my property for $40,000 more than what I expected and $20,000 more than any other real estate quote me.my property is far from a mansion, you could say "worst house" best street scenario, so the gains made were quite significant in my eyes.
If you want a real estate agent that does return your phone calls, doesn't talk to you like your just a dollar figure, continues to discuss properties with you post sale (even advertised by other real estates) and just is a pleasure to deal with, then I can recommend Ray White and my new friend Kristy.
