My dealings with Chris began in 2016 when I purchased a house in Woronora and Chris was the selling agent. Chris was amazing to purchase a house through. A fantastic communicator who I just felt was honestly and ethically selling a house. He didn’t come across as one of ‘those’ agents. He wasn’t pushy or demanding, he simply engaged me and answered my questions and was organised and on time. What more can you ask for?

After I purchased the house I said to Chris, “When I sell this house, you’ll be selling it for me. Stay in touch. ” - Without fail a few times every year (for over 5 years) Chris would send me a text or call me and give me market updates, honest advice, and guidance as to the ‘right’ time to sell. In July this year Chris contacted me and said, “It’s time. ”

Chris came to my place, gave me decorating tips and told me how to stage my house for sale. His advice was so good we actually had second thoughts about selling because he made our house look so good!

On the first day of our open home (by appointment of 10-minute intervals) Chris showed about 40 people through over a 6 hour period. At the end of the day he was totally exhausted but it was clear he’d been putting in a 110% effort to sell our house. Saying he went above and beyond is an understatement. Again and again Chris showed people through our home. He would always give us plenty of time to clean up and leave before the buyers would arrive. He was always polite and courteous and I always felt our home was ‘safe’ while Chris was showing people though.

We knew Chris was a real professional and the whole time we let Chris decide on the best way to sell our house.
He advised on a price range. We agreed.
He advised on a marketing strategy. We agreed.
He advised to sell via online Auction. We agreed.
Every single decision Chris made was in our interest as vendors and was ethically and strategically sound.

Ultimately our house sold for a price well beyond our wildest expectations. We even had, what we thought, was a high auction reserve price and the final selling price well exceeded this. The only problem with Chris is he’s maybe too good at his job! He might be single-handedly responsible for the Sydney housing market boom because he knows how to get top dollar for a sale, that’s for sure! I can honestly say that Ray White is lucky to have Chris as part of their sales team.

Matt listened carefully and clarified/confirmed our requirements. He made sure we were aware of properties that met our requirements, and facilitated inspections. He did everything he said he would and showed extensive knowledge of the market. For us, he was able to identify a suitable property prior to it going on the market and we were able to secure that property with benefits to us and the sellers. Amazing agent!
Right from our first meeting Chris Lechowicz was professional and gave us insights into the market (first time sellers) and spoke through options for our campaign. Once it all kicked off Chris made sure we were aware of any feedback that was available. When things changed (thanks Covid) he kept us updated with what the restrictions meant and reassured us. On auction night, it felt like he was a friend on the journey with us, not just an agent.
