I have rented a property through Charles for 4 years. At all times, regardless of the issue, Charles has been diligent and responsive. His client service, even though I was renting, was always professional and respectful. Certainly not a common experience.

Update: Unfortunately we have had to update our review - all communication has been fast but we were ill advised when we viewed the property (& again when we rang up with follow up questions) that there we had access to the pool in the complex. We do not and have been provided with no explanation for this or resolution. Extremely disappointing result to what was a largely good process.

Jack, Liam and Charles have made the moving in process super simple and have always been just a phone call or email away. They arranged to let us go back to measure up the week before move in.

So far really happy with their services!
