I had a very good experience dealing with James during the sale of my property via Ray White Surry Hills. His knowledge of the market was excellent, as was his constant communication of updates during the process, including professional reports summarising viewings, interest level, offers etc. I think James did a great job of assessing the potential of buyers and helping steer us to a good outcome in for the sale, within the range discussed. James and Lily were also very pleasant to deal with.

Moira worked so hard for us from the outset of the campaign. She always took our calls whenever we needed to ask her something and gave prompt, constructive feedback after open homes. Most importantly, when things were not looking good with only 1 registered bidder in the week leading up to the auction, she told us to not give up and stick with the process. On the day of the auction, we had 4 registered bidders. In addition to that, her colleagues Shaun Stoker and Matt Carvalho were present encouraging people to put in higher bids - this team effort was not something I had expected and it was great to see the support behind Moira and ultimately the sale of our property. In the end it was Moira who got the deal over the line by 630pm on the night of the auction after it was passed in a few hours before. James imparted a sense of reassurance and confidence, particularly when marketing our unique, bespoke terrace house. He was receptive and understood the architectural design information.
