After having challenges with my previous property managers for my apartment in Erskineville I decided to look for something new. The apartment had been without tenants for 2 months and there were a number of repairs that needed to be undertaken to make it suitable for reletting (which my previous property managers had not addressed). After asking for recommendations I was pointed in the direction of Ray White Newtown and am so happy I did. I live on the Gold Coast so am not able to manage any of the activities myself. James O'Connor has been so responsive (including with my initial enquiry) and attended to everything that needed to be done. He was able to have all of the maintenance items addressed at reasonable prices and found new tenants despite the lockdowns in Sydney. He communicated with me throughout the whole process and nothing was left unconsidered. I cannot thank you enough James. I feel like my property is now in good hands.

Greg is knowledgeable about the Inner West area. He is professional and really easy to deal with. He kept me updated and involved in every step of the process. Helpful, upfront and not pushy.
Therese Solomon answered all of our questions honestly and she was very helpful with any follow up queries. We really appreciated her style both at the house opening and the auction. It was not pushy or intrusive but she was there to provide support and assistance.
