Ray White Lakemba

Generally, trust this brand but not this branch. Agent Rahat Ferdaus sold 1 property (unit) on 23rd of Sep 2019 but their sign for sale is still at front of the unit. Now, end of the January 2020.
It looks like still on sale for a long time. It gives negative impression to the potential buyers. We called them about it and they left sign for advertising without any permission while devaluing whole block of the unit (Over 3 months).
I requested to remove it but nothing happened. I guess they don't care because I am not their customer.
I was expecting local real estate agency helps the area for a better value. Clearly this agency is just selfish don't care about others and doing what they want without concern for the locals. TERRIBLE!
Who knows what will be happened behind you when you deal with them.

I sold my house with them but MIRAZ HOSSAIN changed his colours the very next day of settlement. NOT A MAN OF HIS WORDS. This goes to the whole office along with this person.

The most rudest agents ive spoken to unprofessional and very rudely spoken when sending my salams the brothers cant even return the salam.i dont recommend buying selling or even bother to have them as property managers they'll push away the most serious of buyers and tenants.

Overall good but claimed money from bond for cleaning even though the apartment was clean. Definitely going to pocket the money for themselves. Didnt like the guy Anwar. Definitely a liar.

Edit: Disputed their claim on my bond money at tribunal hearing. As expected they didnt turn up. Got my full bond money back. Proves they are cheats!
