Sazzad, one of the agents, didn't pay the whole amount of my bond. After waiting more than a month I have received $120 less. Definitely abusive and unprofessional.

I left my keys inside my home and locked myself outside my rented apartment. I called the Realestate just before 5pm 31/05. To borrow the spare keys to my apartment to avoid lock Smith fees.

The reception Gisma Muon was very beautiful and well dressed, very professional and understanding and gave me the keys to my apartment.

The keys were not working and I returned to the Realestate which was going to close for the day where Moiz Shah escorted me to my apartment with the keys.

I was stressing and had anxiety as I had to go to RMS for my car and they were going to close soon.

Moiz reassured me and told me he would do his best may that mean he have to stay back after work.

Moiz tried endlessly to open the door.

Moiz also thought ahead with a few ideas if the door wouldn't open.

Moiz did not give up the door was jamed. The keys and lock wasnt easy to open.

Moiz tried and after his countless efforts my front door opened and he saved me from paying the locksmith $250 to $350.00 fee.

I was able to make it back in time to RMS for my car.

Moiz had a great attitude, was personable and honest, very well dressed and groomed. Moiz was very confident in his abilities, and showed interest in helping me. Moiz has great communication skills, problem solving skills, he worked with integrity he hustled for me, with his engaging personality. Seeing me stressed he added some humour and helped me calm down, while I was stressing.

Moiz has great attention to detail, highly knowledgeable, he was driven and was a great listener and used all his resources to support me even though it was the last few minutes before he was finished for the day he was so driven for results. As a women I felt safe around him and highly respected.

This was the first time I have ever meet Moiz, though I'm very blessed and the Realestate should be honoured to have such honeable men working above and beyond.
