Ray White Forster Tuncurry

In December 2019 we listed our house for sale with Ray White, Forster-Tuncurry, the agent being Luke Crane. The design of the house was unusual and we were prepared for it to take a long time to find the right buyer. We were very pleased when Luke found a buyer in less than two months. We found him to be straight-forward and positive. Along the way he kept us informed by email and in person and was always punctual. He also took on board our thoughts and opinions. He did not overvalue or undervalue the house. His valuation range was spot on, with the house selling at the higher end of the range. Many thanks Luke.

Katie as well as the team have been fantastic! Allanah has assisted me with all the bureaucracy which is an abundance amount of work I've avoided and Katie has been so kind to organise the reorganisation of all the furniture in the buildings. She definitely went above and beyond - it was definitely unexpected and not required of her to do so, although, to ease my stress as well as hindrances encountered, she rectified all my encountered dilemmas.
