Honestly shocked at all the glowing reviews of Grady. Contacted him about a property, at first he was responsive and polite. Sent him a follow up text message requesting an inspection and never heard back. A month later I tried to ring and got no response or call back, so I sent an email. He said the property had sold but if I sent him an email about what I was looking for he would let me know if anything came up. So I did, didn’t hear back. Today they uploaded a listing that would’ve been perfect for me, and they didn’t contact me at all. Also, a couple of days ago the property I was interested in was still on their website, so my mother in law rang and managed to arrange an appointment to view it (after I’d been told it was sold), their appointment was today and no one showed up. They waited 45 minutes, tried to call and no answer. It looks like ray white are quite selective about who they give good customer service to… I don’t think I’ll be using them for anything any time soon.

We just purchased our first home through Ray white Forster. We where new to all of the home owner thing.
We had looked at heaps of potential homes and we really fell in love with 1 in particular when we went to the open home. We meet the agent that was there GRADY O'Neill.
He was so helpful with all our questions and any issues.
We decided that we wanted to purchase the property but not for the sale price.over the coming few days GRADY worked tirelessly for us to get the price we wanted from the vendor. He took us through the home buying process and did process thework, leaving us little work to do and getting us a $260000 saving.
From the time we meet him he was a gentlemen, he never pushed us and nothing was a problem to him. There is no way we could of done it without his help.
I totally recommend GRADY to anyone for help with there home in the Forsrer/Tuncurry area.
We also put a tennant in our home and the girls in the office where awesome, we had a tennant in the property within 4 days of settlement thanks to KATE and JESSICA.
