Nic Krasnostein decided to put forward his opinion and spam our mailboxes with pet friendly propaganda about how much property values go up when pets are allowed. Please provide where you got your stats from Nic. If they are your estimations, they are about as valuable as mine as a home owner in the build for the past 20 years, who has observed how considerate pet owners are to those who don't trust pet owners to be responsible or take into account anyone's feelings but their own, and their pets.

Also, as your spam was on Ray White Letterhead, should we assume that you represent all of Ray White in supporting folks who keep animals in their apartments and not those who are looking for a home without the complications, noises, smells and situations they introduce?

Don't normally take the time to push negative experiences out there but I thought since you were doing a letter box drop with your thoughts, I'll share mine too.

Very very poor customer service. They changed management since then they are in a mess. They released our bond without taking money to fix damages to my rental house in Woollahra. They were stolen items from my property than they just simply ignored. The rented the place to smokers without our knowledge. Nichole was looking after my property and she was a disaster. Would never ever deal with them again! We are engaging our lawyer to get compensated for our loss.

Margie Hawker was our rental manager for our investment property for a few years. Margie was always very helpful and so easy to deal with and has a great sense of humour. I' recommend her to anyone.

Have to chase agent when trying to buy home and won’t return call. Not a deal-maker but deal-breaker.

Gavin Rubinstein is the Man. We live overseas with very little time spent in Sydney and he is one of the very few agents who actually goes out of his way to make sure you can inspect all the properties you are interested in at a time to suit you. He is very well prepared, very quick and delivers win win results for both vendors and buyers as he knows how to push the right buttons. He is tenacious and gets deals done regardless of the time of day. He does whatever it takes. Very sorry for RWDB that he is leaving.

Greatly impressed by their genuineness, professionalism and of course the result I received from their campaign. They held my hand through all the steps in the process of selling the property, making this whole move so much less stressful And I expected. The team, especially Margie Hawker, have been really helpful and continue to offer great communication since they've been in charge of my property. They are prompt to fix problems and to address issues, so I know my property is in good hands. Inspections are done thoroughly and they also keep a good eye on the wellbeing and comfort of the tenants, assuring constant occupancy of my property.

Gavin and his team, led by Jerome, are the best of the best. Every aspect of the process was at the highest level and the ‘process’ that Gavin uses, brings the best out of the property and the most out of the buyers.

I have been renting for over 8 years and I can honestly say that the team at Ray White Double Bay (Margie, Stephen & Claudia) were the best rental agents I have EVER encountered. They were responsive, friendly and attentive and worked with me if I had questions about the lease or items that needed fixing in my apartment. They even help organise the sale of my fridge to the incoming tenant which was great. I would very much recommend these guys if you are looking to rent a place or if you are looking to have your property managed by someone!

Very poor sales experience. A lot of pressure to sell below what was promised many mistakes made. Agents showing up late for opens. First open was done by us greeting buyers, agent arrived around 20 minutes late. Well, as long as they made money I guess. Would never use again.

Very unreliable people work there. I have been asking this company and property managers to fix the broken items in my unit for more than 16 weeks. I am using bathroom on the everyday basis IN THE DARK with no light because of the broken bulb and shower top is about to fall off and splashes everywhere. These guys do not care about people and conditions they live in. Poor customer service.
I do not recommend Ray White!
