Extremely poor commercial management team. My property is under control of official trustee due to legal issues. However Kate Seymour from the management team provided the incorrect information to the OT, and got the approval to replaced the grease trap at the cost of $22k which was just replaced at Dec 2018 at the cost of $21k and still under warranty. The management team couldn’t even provide any further details like photos or video for the reason that they decided to do the replacement. They have also spent more than $8000 for cleaning and rubbish removal for a take away shop smaller than 100sm. Again without any supporting evidence instead of email quotes only. Devilish management service, unreliable team. One star is too much for them.

Highly recommend Josh, he has helped my friend and I get our first rental! Over the past few weeks Josh has sent and showed us properties till we were satisfied with one and made the process super easy! He was very professional and reliable.

Ray White accepted our deposit for a property, before turning it into a Dutch auction and selling it to another buyer. Caution to all who intend to deal with Ray White, particularly Graham Berman.

We have had issues of mould in the house before moving in. We thought it was stains in the ceiling but as time passed it has been growing.

Agency promised to fixed before move in date which did not happened. They did not kept their word.

Now a year later, the mould has been affecting my health; and the agent and the landlord went radio silent since December 9th. I understand the landlord is the one who decides and pays, but would have expected more from agency.

They did send workers to check the issue and they sent a quote back to them, which is a big cost (probably), and they refuse to make the fix. Many workers have came during the year to see the issue, but not a job have been done.

Have had evident allergies since November, with coughs and mucus, now going to the doctor to check.

I’m a bit shocked of the humanity or professionalism of the agency to Intervine and also to look after the tenant.

In other words, as a tenant, do not use this agency Or maybe we are just very unlucky.

What an amazing experience we had with Ray white Double Bay but especially our property manager Georgia Kapsimalis. Georgia always went above and beyond with her service and making sure everything was perfect for us upon arrival at our rental property.

We have been very impressed by and satisfied with the service and support we have received from Georgia during the two years that she has been looking after our investment unit in Diamond Bay and would have no hesitation in recommending her to anyone who needs a caring and dedicated agent
