We've had Senior PM Katie and PM Sabina manage our properties for about 2 years now and they have been doing an exceptional job. Whilst the tenants aren’t the easiest bunch to deal with day-to-day Sabina has done extremely well managing them.

My experience with Ray White in the beginning was great, an amazing senior property manager made it really easy and gave me piece of mind my asset was looked after. The day come that She left Ray White where my property was just an address or another number on the rent role. The management was poor to say the least. After ringing one of the directors myself to inform him of a situation that was unfolding with an outgoing, he wasn't interested the slightest and put great trust in his team that the job is and will be done.

From experience DO NOT let them organise trade persons for repairs or even cleaners and if so, dont without signing off on the completed work. Ensure your in-going conditional report and photos represent the true home, as well as the out-goings, well documented. Ask them to do it with you prior too hand overs.

I have found this business is about selling houses not the management of houses. I've been at both ends.
