Nathan is very professional, knowledgeable and skilled at what he does. He is a stand out agent in the Pennant Hills area. He is very compassionate, always works extremely hard during the sale process, very informative and answered any questions I had. If you ever consider making a move I would highly recommend Nathan!

Nathan really stuffed up the negotiations.the property was going to auction in a few days and nathan knew i had engaged a solicitor to go over the contract, paid for a building and pest inspection report, paid for a 66w certificate waiving my cooling off period, had pre registered for the auction with Nathan and i was in a very strong position to make a very strong offer. Despite all that Nathan gave me no chance to make an offer. Nathan took another interested buyers offer to the vendor and it was accepted before i was told about it or given any opportunity to make an offer. Vendor felt it the right thing to stick with first acceptance despite me making a counter offer substantially more. I know i would want the agent i engage to sell my home to ensure to get all prospective buyers offers before i was told to accept the first one. Essentially ray white cherrybrook failed to achieve the highest price for the vendor's property and i missed out to buy the property by his poor negotiations. A really bad experience, beware buyers and save on your costs in trying to buy with this agancy and beware sellers, this agency wont achieve the hishest price in the market for you. Ray White just want it sold and move on.

Dion is great! Highly motivated and efficient, knows the market extremely well, and provided invaluable advice along the way - not to say, achieve the best possible outcome with the sale of our home!

DISAPPOINTING
Nathans orchestrated online auction we viewed in his office was disappointing, ugly and a farce. We felt misled by his advising there will be six registered bidders participating at the auction. There was only ONE! The auctions reserve price was not reached and we "passed in" the auction and walked out of his office. Four hours after the auction Nathan came up with a surprise unregistered bidder to whom we sold reluctantly and still under the reserve. Nathan was pleased the property sold. We were not.

Very professional and helpful agency! Would recommend Nathan and this agency to people who would like to buy property in this area.

Their auctions are organised on Thursday nights in a club, instead of in the house. Then you end up getting less people completing for more properties in that session. Also, I believe they need to work harder on their presentation of the house as well. I haven’t seen any presentation worse than theirs in these days.
