He has always been available for help, and I have never had to chase him up for any repairs or even new accommodation when needed. He looks after his landlords interests, but is always fair and respectful of the tenants needs as well. I’ve been dealing with a lot of realtors of late trying to find somewhere to move during Covid. Which was hard in its self but I came across David Carrieri about a month ago and he was the only one of many who followed through like he said he would and each time he has been quick to inform me when properties came up for lease and organised to show us properties that he thought might meet our needs and he did so with a lot of care and consideration.
Georgie was also fabulous in showing me the properties she was friendly and informative and very helpful with her knowledge of the area.

Joanne Farah is unprofessional, uncaring, non-responsive, rude & borderline negligent. She has been the property manager for where I rent for a while & I can’t recall any experiences where she was genuinely helpful or timely in her actioning of maintenance requests (or any other requests). We had a great experience in finding out rental property. Andrew is our rental agent and he is fantastic. We viewed the property on Monday afternoon, put our application in Monday night, and were approved in less than 24 hours. It was a hassle free experience. Andrew is responsive to all emails and phone calls, and lovely to deal with.

The team at elders were absolutely fantastic. Our point of contact, Joanne, was tremendously helpful and careful in making sure we understood every clause when signing the lease.she gave us alot of her time to go through the lease in detail, stopping frequently to answer our questions.we found this level of attentiveness superb - and I'm very thankful that our application landed on her desk! To be honest though, I interacted with several members of the team, Didhem, Andrew, Carl and Dean.and without exception, they were all very professional, accommodating and generous with their time! The team also accommodated our request to get access to the property earlier than our lease start date to take measurements, something that i am very very grateful for! If you are looking for a property let by this team, my experience has been great and so I would highly recommend!
