Found these guys from a Google search and they were great. Fast and efficient service. Was able to book for a building inspection within 2 days and the building report was sent to my email within the day of the inspection. Was also able to contact the building inspector to help explain some of the issues in the inspection. Would recommend.

I have used Rapid Building Inspection services twice till now. First time for Building & Pest Inspection for a property in Perth and second time for Frame stage inspection for an under construction property in Sydney. Both time my experience dealing with the customer service team and the inspector was good. Both reports were detailed and of professional standards. I will definitely reuse their services again in future.

The inspection took place a day after I requested it, the inspector was very thorough and professional.

My inspection was booked in very swiftly and the report reached me even faster than expected. Hendrik was also very helpful. I’d use this service again in a flash.

Used their services last year for a building report but they performed the wrong service and sent through the wrong report - emails about it were left unanswered. Customer service up to that point was great but unfortunately receiving the wrong report/service and a cut off of communication is not ideal.

As a carpenter in the building industry myself, I found the reports to be very detailed with a heap of photographic evidence to go with it. The report was set out in a way that everything was easy to make sense of and with great descriptions.

The inspections on my first property picked up on so many defects that I pulled out of the contract all together.

Could not recommend these guys enough, will definitely be using them in the future.

Its an amazing experience. The Inspector who visited site made a thorough investigation and the reports prepared are detailed and elaborate in nature, which gives a great peace of mind before we do the final settlement of any nature. I would highly recommend their service in the market.

Great customer service team who booked in my inspection very quickly at a competitive price. Report came back a few short hours after inspection with great detail, photos and recommendations. Would use their services again!

They had provided me with a very poor building inspection and pest control report. They have not even do the simple visual inspection on the aircon and rainwater tank and later we found both are not working perfectly. They have missed lots of major things. They are very expensive but do nothing. Just a very simple and basic report. Never go with them.

We got a building report done on our brand new home in May and it was done very poorly. The inspector claimed there was a ceiling moisture problem and provided no meter reading proof of it existing after I followed up the report, and even after directly speaking to the inspector himself.

This inspector also claimed that there was no termite treatment barrier on the house, when in fact there is. As a result of this dodgy dealing we brought in builders for a second opinion who made this discovery for us, as well as revealing that there was no moisture problem in the ceiling apart from some scrub marks on the ceiling paint.

We then chased up this dodgy building report with the customer support team and have been told we will be contacted about the issue. Almost 2 months later we are still following them up for a complete refund.

The building and pest inspector was by far the best I have ever dealt with very knowledgeable and professional.
The report came back to me within the same day and was extremely thorough.

I requested a quote and was called immediately (very prompt). However the operator did not communicate professionally or considerately. They specifically asked in a patronising tone "is this your first property? (yes) I thought so. " and proceeded to patronise me further by explaining what a building inspection is. All I wanted to know was when the first building inspector could be available this week, should I line up the agent and vendor. Did not need to be that rude or painful. Why advertise a "rapid service" when I need to give 7 working days notice for an inspector to attend?

My experience was not good. Stay clear from these guys.
There not even in Sydney. Queensland company.
