Disgusting customer service. The so called property manager Anna is terrible at her job and dealt disrespectful when inquiring. Wouldn’t recommend.

Joe was one of the worst agents I’ve ever come across. Not sure if this should be reported to office of fair trading.agent never responds nor does he give right information about his listings

Frederico has had such a profound and positive impact on me and my family that I will be grateful to him for the rest of my life. If you are thinking of buying, selling or renting property, you should just call him. I give Frederico my highest possible recommendation.

Dishonest and shonky, tried to mislead me over some very simple and straightforward aspects of a lease.

Frederico is an absolutely gem to work with – always going above and beyond and never hesitated to arrange house inspections after work hours to suit our schedule. Even though we couldn’t find a suitable property under R&H Petersham listings; Frederico still offered to come to our property auction with another agent and bid on our behalf. Frederico was competent, extremely hard working and studied in his approach to selling our house. He provided a full end to end service, included advice on renovations, managing tradies through quoting to completion, excellent and timely communication of buyer and market feedback and an agile approach all the way through to a successful sale. I had 100% confidence in his ability to get the best result and he delivered.

They are a nightmare to deal with! In their office, they don't accept plastic cards, and they don't have cash to give change. Lou de Matos and her brother Pedro are the most two-faced liars in the business! Everything they say is an excuse, a cop-out, stalling tactic, or a way of passing the buck somehow.

Very friendly and responsive. We are grateful to have such a friendly real estate agent on our side.

Our experience with this letting agency was fantastic. We lived in the house for 4 years and whenever there was an issue with the house they fixed it straight away. Very easy and reliable to work with. The move out process was incredibly easy and the post support service has been fantastic too.

Wanted to check and see what the rating of this real estate was after a year of living in a rented apartment from them and am very confused as to how they have such a high rating as the experience I had was the worst rental experience of my life?
Completely unprofessional staff, the list of my issues was ridiculously for only 12 months of tenancy.
They didn't even have a spare key for our apartment.
At one stage they replaced the glass on the front door without telling any tenants (previously we had to stick our hand through the glass to unlock the door) I came home as I had a plane to catch and the glass was changed and they never gave us a front door key. Took an hour of stressing I was going to miss my flight before they finally gave me a key to get in.
Our washing machine flooded our apartment multiple times and it took threats to to taking them to the tribunal to actually get them to assist us? Took 9 months until they finally bought us a new washing machine.
Apartment also stated on the advertisement that it came with a dishwasher, it didn't.
Our property manager changed 3 times and they didn't tell us of the change a single time, took calls everytime to speak to a different property manager.

When I was looking to find an agent to sell my apartment, I met with 4 different agencies. Of the 4 only two were not pushy and doing the sales pitch and trying to get you to sign there and then. I am very happy at a personal level and at a business level with Frederico and the manner in which he has gone above and beyond what agents do (particularly once they have your signed agreement).

I do not give high praise easily, however these Frederico really do deserve it for doing so much more than he needed to do to help me during the sales process.

It is a refreshing change to see a genuine professional who get that although it is easy to tell someone what they want hear ("we'll sell your house for x millions") they base their comments on real figures backed with research and reasoning that makes sense.

Its difficult for me to understand how they get such a high score, and my response to owners comment is, mate you dont think there are some who didnt get caught out? Keep better track of what everyone is doing if you yourself are ok

Don't be fooled in to thinking they care about you at all. That is all I have to say about R&h Petersham. I definitely would not recommend.
