By far the most disorganised real estate I’ve ever had the displeasure of renting through. Had a 14 month tenancy managed by RH Parramatta, in that time we had 4 property managers! Due to the turn over of staff emails often got overlooked, and we always had to chase them up to get anything done or answers to queries. We dealt with Rachel the manager often throughout our tenancy as she was the only stable staff member we had dealings with, she was always friendly and usually got whatever property manager we had at the time to contact us… however, when it came to moving out and issues that had arose due to the loss of emails and inaction of her staff, she quickly became rude and aggressive when the need to maintain a professional relationship was no longer there. Personally I would never rent through them again, and if you are a property owner who wants long term tenants with good communication lines and even house inspections for that matter I suggest you look elsewhere.

The staff at Raine Horne are a grate team from the property management team to receptionist. Very professional. I would highly recommend

He always think for us and very patiently provided us with valuable information whenever we ask and assist us in completing property renovation process quickly.
