I have applied for a property at Parramatta. Nicole Withrington, helped to get the property approved for lease in a day since it was more urgent for me to move. However due to the issues in property, the house was not given for lease by the owner at the last moment. Still Nicole helped a lot to find another property for me. Nicole tirelessly helped in all aspects and responded to all queries without any delay. Thanks Nicole for all your great support.

Vincent Lin is a very nice, responsible and professional property manager. The renting market was very bad in 2021, but Vincent leased my property after the first open inspection compared to another property in Burwood which took around 6 weeks.

Suzy (& Duarte) were great with the whole sale process from start to finish - adapting to the market issues (hello covid!) ; adapting tactics from open homes, letter box drops in the apartment building, online marketing etc.to find the perfect buyer and close the deal. Suzy kept me up to date after each open home or enquiry; patiently working around issues getting access to the apartment (tenanted). Thanks for all the efforts!

Charmine from Raine & Horne was excellent to deal with and she was able to quickly figure out that we are genuine buyers thus focusing her energy on getting the deal done in reasonable and professional manner. Where as another house I placed an offer on with a different agent dragged the process for 3 weeks and finally accepted my offer. But it was too late for him as Charmine got the deal done for me within a week
