Very unprofessional and dodgy agency! Would give 0 stars if it was possible. Using a photoshopped photo that was taken after we had moved in as an in-going inspection photo. They will try to manipulate you and refuse to refund your security bond.

Edit: I made no mistake. My complaint is with Raine and Horne NS and my property manager was Nicole Sell.

I have called Melinda Wong numerous times regarding rental property at Balmoral Beach for inspection. She told me she will get back to me (she did not). When I checked ad for unit now its $700 pw instead of $630. Melinda Wong is definately not a person to deal with unless you want to hear lies. She is not an honesr person, can not keep simple promise of returning a call. Complete waste of time and unfortunate example to whole real estate industry. Beware!

Very professional, did exactly what they said they would, answered all my questions in a timely manner, above all - very honest and up front, would recommend to friends and family. Will be back again next year.

They provide excellent service to all they deal with, their staff members are polite and prompt in their responses. They work with you to ensure that our combined clients come first. I did work experience here at Raine and Horne North Sydney and I found it to be a very enjoyable and disciplined work place. The staff are all friendly and are very welcoming. They all work very hard and complete all their work beyond expectation. We have asked R&H NS many times to respect our "no unsolicited mail" sign on our mailbox, still receiving junk from @Todd Houghton almost every day. We have been ignored and blocked.not sure what these guys think they are to think they can do whatever they want without any respect for people.
