Various staff at Altium were very responsive to every concern I had and attended to my requests. I am very appreciative of that.

Melinda Wong is very unprofessional - she’s late to inspections, and can’t manage investment properties, and here we were wondering why we kept having tenants leave. We kept getting palmed off to other people, and Rebecca is just as rude and unresponsive. Totally steer clear, just not worth your time.

DO NOT SIGN WITH ALTIUM PROPERTY. Melinda Wong and Duncan Grady have to be the most unprofessional agents I have ever dealt with. Apartment was not liveable by NSW Regulations when we moved in and yet they wouldn't act upon it until I told them I would be taking legal action. Door handles were on upside down, mould in bathrooms, blinds were ruined, floors and cupboards were dirty with appliances sticky taped together, no working exhausts, provided with one set of keys despite two names on lease, FILTHY toilet seats and showers, scum everywhere, toilets didn't flush and one toilet seat fell off, toilet paper holder hanging on by one screw. Melissa stopped returning our calls and emails. Our toilets didn't flush, and Duncan told us it was because "toilet paper is more buoyant these days. " Upon moving out, Sara Loughlin didn't read any of the ingoing condition report and told us we hadn't provided one - tried to charge us what would have been thousands of dollars worth of damage. Luckily, I had kept a copy of the condition report that was signed by Altium and had photos from when we moved in as evidence. Everyone at Altium is disorganised and constantly lies. Erica (receptionist) left the phone on after I had been talking to her by mistake - could hear everything they were saying about me and how they weren't going to fix things. "let her keep calling. " They didn't realise I was still on the phone until I said hello. GO WITH ANOTHER AGENT, THEY ARE NOT WORTH IT!

Altium Property have been fantastic to deal with in renting our new investment apartment. They were courteous, efficient and very helpful in getting everything together that was required to list it on the market and show tenants through. The property was let in a couple of days of listing which was fantastic. Really impressed with how they have helped us with this transaction!

Do not recommend them for city apartment sales at all.
Not only have you sold a record low price for the building, even go further and decided to tell the whole world about it to publish on the newspaper

Extremely unprofessional work ethics from an agent.

A classic case of gazumping, after an anxiety-provoking Dutch bid of several days in the final hour we were and I quote told “it’s yours, the vendor has signed the first page of the contract and we need you to come in at 10: 30 am to exchange”

woke up the next day went to the bank for the deposit and got issued the bank cheque. As I’m leaving the bank for our 10: 30 am exchange as planned. He calls stating that he double-crossed and made an appointment at 11: 00 am for a different buyer to exchange WITHOUT even having spoken to the vendor to approve the sale.

The agency should train staff to not be misleading within sales and should express full discretion that it's fair game as opposed to “it’s yours”.

Whilst working in good faith it’s a shame to see delivery was so poor. On principle a lot of people I’m sure would agree will not work with someone like that regardless of ones ability to increase their offer or how much they love the property.

Alongside misleading practice confidentiality was breached, I was provided the full name of the competitor buyer.

On the whole, it was a very poor experience and leaves a taint on using such an agency for any further sales. Definitely will be vocalising this to the local community!

Melinda Wong may be the most unprofessionl agent i have had the displeasure of dealing with. Can barely respond to an email, let alone get something fixed inside of an apartment. When we deciced to move on they had the balls to claim hundreds of dollars of damages for items completely unrelated to us. If we hadn't fought them at all they would have claimed nearly a thousand. Avoid them at all costs.

Went to an open house to inspect a rental property advertised by Raine & Horne North Sydney.when no one showed up I called Melinda Wong and was informed someone will be there shortly.no one ever showed up.and she didn't answer the phone anymore either
