Recommend tenants to a scam utility connection services. They will cancel inspections at the last minute and will force themselves into the unit to a time of their convenience without any consent. They show no respect or the courtesy. Don't waste your time and money with them.

Horrible customer relationship once you've leased an apartment. They are super eager and active when they are trying to finalise a lease, but afterwards no response on time and very unwilling to help. Their response to any maintenance request is ignored for weeks only to come back and say that they can't help you. I don't know if it's this one person who doesn't care, or the whole team. But we've had bad experiences one after the other.

I first bought my place in 2006 and always remembered Michael as being a pleasure to deal with as a buyer. When it came to selling he was the first person I thought of. Unlike other agents he never hounded with with marketing. Which is one of the primary reasons I chose him to sell my home. Michael is low key, professional, honest, up front, timely and clear.
