Rented a property from these guys all we asked for was a fan in the bathroom instead they deamed the house unlivable and told us we had a week to go. If the boss only new just how badly derelict they make the business look.

I was renting a property up until recent for over 4 1/2 years though R&H maroubra. Filomena and Hilary are absolutely amazing.anytime I had an issue or query it was seen to and resolved straight away and both ladies were so easy and lovely to deal with. Cannot thank them enough for all there help during the last few years and giving me a beautiful home.

Is agent, the common area was filthy and rat infested. The apartment had mould and the smoke alarm was not working.
Getting any repairs or work done was impossible. Emails and calls went constantly unanswered. When you leave they try and bill you for damages that already existed. Make sure you go through your condition report with a fine tooth comb if you rent from this company.

Unethical and the poorest of customer service, do not apply for tenancy with this company, the service that these guys provide will be rated 1 star in a third world country

Renters beware: After a decade renting in Maroubra, the property management team at RH Maroubra were the worst I've had to deal with. Revolving door of property managers - we would email only to find they were gone with no communication. I was harrassed during my tenancy even though we were exemplary tenants and kept the unit in impeccable order. Finally they tried to intimidate me and withhold my bond before leaving without legal reason, which I found from speaking to other tenants was a trend. Disappointing and unprofessional. Avoid if possible.

Reply to Raine and Horne's response:
Our tribunal case had to do with RH Maroubra not returning my full bond, which has nothing to do with the comments on my review. Those comments relate to their behaviour across the tenancy.

RH Maroubra threatened me in writing following this review, which is consistent with their behaviour following my 3.5 yrs renting from them. They should be taking onboard the factual feedback provided and treat tenants with more respect, instead of threatening them to remove comments regarding my experience with their business over a series of years. Taking onboard this feedback could potentially avoid experiences like I had with them.
