From first viewing the property to handing our keys back at the end of lease, working with Angela has been amazing, and easy. Communication was always very friendly yet still professional, even the simplest of questions were answered without judgement. Angela took great care of my partner and I, and we’d recommend her (and R+H Lane Cove) to anyone looking to rent/buy.

We had an awful experience when selling our property with Stuart and Nathan. They grossly inflated the possible sale price range to us (by 13 - 24% of the actual sale price), which induced us to subsequently engage them to sell our property. We invested about $8 000 into marketing and our tenants moved out during the campaign (because the agents advised them they could do so without notice because the property went up for sale. They did this despite it not being in our best interest as landlords and the vendor and agents aren't obligated to give this advice to tenants. When asked why they did this, they said it was to keep good relations with the tenants - so they were more concerned about their own interests). We didn't get a sale price close to what we were happy with but felt we needed to agree because of the investment in marketing and because our tenants moved out.

If I could do it again I would not have engaged them or even put it on the market. They talk smooth and very highly of themselves but it was a deflating and hugely disappointing experience for us. Be mindful of their charm and ability to form rapport with you before you decide to engage them. I much prefer honest, transparent communication and agents that act in my best interest. I sold another property a few months after our Lane Cove one, and even though we didn't achieve the price we wanted, the agent was honest with us from the start. They exist.

Rebecca and the team did an exceptional job in selling our family home of 26 years. From the initial interview we found Rebecca's knowledge of the market, her attitude, honesty and professionalism were the right traits we wanted in the person selling our home. Rebecca and Simone kept us informed of progress with regular updates and also managed our expectations. After interviewing four local agents we decided upon Mary-Anne. And we certainly made the right decision. Listing our property in not ideal times, just after the Delta lockdown, Mary-Anne had to work twice as hard to get us sold. She delivered a great result at a price above what other agents had indicated and within a limited timeframe - we'd already bought and were running out of time. Mary-Anne worked tirelessly to get us sold, showing our house after hours and on Sundays. Nothing was too much trouble. It was a great experience and we cannot recommend Mary-Anne highly enough.

Lazar was awesome to deal with. I moved from another state and Lazar helped every step of the way. He answered all my questions quickly and went that extra mile to make sure I had all the information I needed.
