I really like Angela she was a star 10/10, srs so helpful and actually care about her clients. After she left, I was transferred to Sean. He's so unresponsive, I had to do 2 follow ups email and 1.5 weeks later, nothing. He is so unhelpful, it's like I don't have a property agent. I have to call in in order to get a 1 week old email replied. It's honestly so frustrating and appalling, how things are handled in such un-timely manner.

If I could give -5 stars I would. Signed the lease with Sean. 2 months later and we are having to share house key’s between 3 adult tenants because Sean forgot to order additional keys. He does not reply to calls, texts or emails and proves to be absolutely no help. I got locked out of my apartment after the fire alarms went off and everyone had to evacuate, guess what Sean said…LITERALLY NOTHING BECAUSE HE DOESNT REPLY. I wish I could get paid for a job where I do literally nothing all day too!

I reside on the mid north coast, but am in the process of selling an investment unit in Lane Cove. Despite the geographic distance, the task has been made so much easier by the very helpful and professional input of CLARE GRAY who has taken all the responsibility upon her shoulders to engage and coordinate the work of tradesmen, stylist, etc in a very timely manner, leading up to sale of the property. No task has been too difficult for her to undertake. She has transformed our rather tenant-tired unit into a stunning showpiece, and we’re confident of a very favourable outcome under her capable supervision. I can’t recommend her highly enough!
