We rented through Raine & Horne and stayed in the property for more than 2 years. There are certain things which Raine & Horne does differently and stands out compared to other agents.
- After every rent payment we received a rent reciept by email
- Any problem with appliances or otherwise was responded to very quickly.
- Sushma even reached out to Strata proactively to resolve issues
- All in all Sushma was really responsive and prompt in her actions.

We had previous experience with other agents in the area and I can say that Raine and Horne treats tenants with value & respect rather than not caring at all about tenants once contract is signed.
I would really recommend using Raine & Horne for tenants.

I am glad that I have chosen Raine & Horne, Hornsby for renting my unit in a suburb which had no history of renting apartments before. Chris and Michele planned advertisement and open houses well to get maximum response. Michele has gone step ahead and arranged private inspections to ensure no prospect tenant is missed.
