Worst experience with a Real Estate agent I have ever had as a tenant. They do not care about their tenants. It took them over a year to fix a shelf in my shower after it had shattered everywhere, even after emailing them numerous times about it. They just palmed off my repeated attempts for them to fix issues in my apartment, I would not recommend dealing with them at all.
