A real test of an organisation is when something goes wrong (not R&H's fault), and the team, particularly Katherine, absolutely went above and beyond to support us.

I experienced great service from the beginning, where William was incredibly professional and enjoyable to work with. Although a tenant, I was impressed at how thorough his background checks were and if I had a Sydney property, I would have absolute peace of mind if I used R&H.

Unfortunately something went wrong with our chosen property (again, not a R&H issue) however Katherine was quick to sort everything out and rectify the problem. She remained professional throughout the ordeal, even when I was particularly prickly to deal with. (Sorry)
